For over a decade, I've launched products, grown audiences, and led teams across entertainment, gaming, technology, QSR, CPG, spirits, and retail, from Nintendo Switch and Prime Video to Lenovo, Coca-Cola, Wild Turkey, KFC, and Nike.
I've found that the idea is rarely the hard part. The hard part is getting an ambitious one through the building intact, with the strategy, the business case, the team, and the craft still standing on the other side, carrying meaning across to the person on the other end.
That's the outcome I care about most, and it's shaped how I lead: set the conditions for good work to happen, strengthen the bridge, then get out of its way.
What hasn't changed is the part that still excites me: making work that helps brands grow and moves the people it reaches into a new relationship.
